Doing agitation or sitting on Dharna has never got success.
It is misnomer Orop was due to dharna.
Orop was due to BJP manifesto + state election+ to show down cong
Real Orop is missing .even You have been cheated by abolition of Rank Pay in 6th CPC ( which is illegal as rank pay was out of your basic pay from 4_the CPC) the Orop got further diluted due to cascading effect & rank weight age taken away.
