Dear Presidents of TSEWA at varous Levels,
I am forwarding the mail from Brig SKS Rana, VSM, President, TSEWA, North & Central Zones on filing a case in AFT Delhi to get higher pension from Jan 2006 to Jun 2009 as per Circular 547 for family pensioners whose husbands were of rank of Sepoy to Havildar.
Kindly dissminate this good news to all family pensioners who are drawing pension of just Rs 3500 pm + DR. We can fight this case on principle of Equity and Natural justice. Our legal counsel Brig AK Srivastava expressed his willingness NOT to charge any legal fees except administrative charges. TSEWA will pay the administrative charges. This is a golden opportunity to single ladies to get higher pension.
An Ex-Serviceman in addition to his pension gets salary from some job major or minor. He gets hike in pension in Circular 547 from January 2006 to Jun 2009.
On the other hand a family pensioner who lost her husband of rank of Sepoy to Havildar of all three services does not get any hike in pension in Circular 547 from Jan 2006 to Jun 2009. Is it fair?
The legal charges are nil. Such ladies need to come forward to sign the legal documents.
We need an All India Coordinator for this job to help such family pensioners ( whose husbands were of the rank of Sepoy to Havildar).
TSEWA is willing to file the case and fight it out in AFT Delhi to get justice to such ladies who have lost their husbands and they have no additional income except meagre pension of Rs 3500 pm. Now it is upto the family pensioners who are suffering with low pension to join our legal case for which they need not pay any legal fees.
All Veterans who know any widow of Sepoy to Havildar of all three services are requested to motivate them to join this legal case.
I also request any veteran to be the All India Coordinator to help us in collecting legal documents and membership forms to be sent to these ladies and also collect them duly signed and despatch them to HQ TSEWA. Any expenses involved in this shall be reimbursed to him.
If no one is coming forward to do this noble job, then I will take on the responsibility of All India Coordinator.
Now it is upto to the Family pensioners of Sepoy to Havildar to take advantage of this facility to get higher pension from Jan 2006 to Jun 2009. When we win the case, their pension of such ladies will go up even in OROP and then in 7th CPC.
Please join in this noble exercise to get maximum number of litigants.
regards,
Brig CS Vidyasagar (Rtd)

Dear Brig CSV,
Today Col Radhakrishnan has finally signed the case docus for AFT 3 ie TS COL case with Brig AK Srivastava, VSM, our Advocate. The case is now ready to be filed either on Mon or Tuesday, we do not see any reason for any further delay in the case.
After the signing of documents I discussed the case of widows of Jawans drawing meagre ₹ 3500.00, to be filed in AFT(PB)to which he very kindly accepted to fight the case on behalf of TSEWA and himself offered his services free of cost ie without charging any professional fees except for the administrative cost incurred on the case.
Have A Wonderful
Day.
Fond regards,
Brig SKS Rana, VSM
President
