TSEWA Updates - Brig CS Vidyasagar

Dear Members of TSEWA,
1.  Lt Col Dr D Sampath Kumar, Lt Col Vijai Chandra Salins and Self had long discussion with Shri P Subramaniam, CMD, IQM Soft, Secunderabad and his programmers today, 17 Jun 2016 from 1115 hrs to 1315 hrs. The following were discussed and decisions were taken to make our software extremely user friendly.
2.    Counter. Every member of TSEWA is permitted to use software maximum of three times in a month. The moment he completes his quota automatically the software account will be de-activated. He or she is required to register again to activate his software account. This is to ensure unscrupulous guys do not misuse our software.
3.    Registration. To ensure users do not give our user id and password to anyone to use our software, every one who intends to use our software has to give his own user id of e-mail i.e. csvidyasagar@gmail.com and password he uses for using gmail account. This is to ensure he does not give away user id and password to use software to anyone else.
4.    Activation. Once users register for use of software, Administrators will come know of it. If he is member of TSEWA, his particulars contained in our Data base will be checked. Once administrators are satisfied the user's account will be activated to use software. An e-mail is automatically sent to the user in his given user e-mail id informing that his account has been activated.
For non - members the Administrator will send membership form through e-mail, which he or she is required to download, take a print out, fill it up with his or her personal particulars, affix his photo coloured of pass post size  and a joint photo with his or her spouse, enclose a cheque for membership fee and send it by speed post to Treasurer, TSEWA. On receipt of documents, membership number will be given. Administrator will be informed of new member. His account to use software will be activated. A counter to give us how many have used our software also will be provided.
5.    Forum. The menu Articles will  be rechristened as Forums. This is the place where all articles, orders of Min of Def / Min of Personnel, Pensions & Public Grievances, Judgments of AFTs / Hon'ble Supreme Court on pensions etc for veterans, Circulars of PCDA (Pensions) and other news of interest and importance to veterans and family pensioners will be placed. Any doubts, comments or clarifications from users of TSEWA web site shall be made available. This is an interactive and two sided communication between Administrators/Authors of articles and veterans.
6.   Counter for Use of TSEWA Website.  Another counter to know how many have used TSEWA website shall be provided.
7.   Time Frame. All these are likely to take four to five days.
Therefore members are requested to wait till 24 Jun 2016 to make use of TSEWA software to get worksheet of OROP arrears.
8.   ISO Certification. We are constantly evolving. We will endeavor to get ISO - 9000 certification to enhance our brand value. TSEWA will  be the first ESM Association to get ISO Certification by Oct /Nov 2016.
9.    Advertisements. The space available in our web site can be exploited to get advertisements on annual or half yearly or quarterly or even monthly basis on nominal amount. 20% of revenue so earned by TSEWA will be given to IQM Soft for maintenance of our web site.
10.    Due & Drawn Statement & Financial Effect.  These will be completed in phase - II. These are basically meant for banks and Min of Def respectively and will not impact users of our web site.
11.   Hopefully by 01 Jul 2016, TSEWA web site should be fully operational and provide much better service to our members.
