Dear Members of TSEWA,
1. Your wait for using our software to calculate your latest OROP pension, arrears of 6th CPC & OROP is over. On our request, IQM Soft, Secunderabad, our software developers have made improvements.
2 You as member of TSEWA is only eligible to use our software. For this you have to do the following:-
(a) Step 1.  Type our URL : http://tsewa.in and our home page of TSEWA web site will come up.
(b) Step 2.You will see menus: Home, About Us, Due & Drawn Statement (under construction), Financial Effect (under construction), Legal Cases, Contact Us, Registration, Articles (under construction) and Pension Arrears. Due & Drawn Statement will be useful for banks to give you a copy of your Due & Drawn Statement. Financial Effect is for Ministry of Defence to arrive at rough cost to Govt of India whenever any increase in pension is approved either by Govt of India or by Courts of Law.
© Step 3.Click on menu Registration. Enter your particulars like First Name (include your rank too), Last Name, mobile no, e-mail id (most important), postal address, pass word & confirm password. Click the tab Log In.
(d) Step 4. Your details will be transferred to Administrator. He will check whether you are member of TSEWA from his data base. If your name is not found in the data base, he will call Lt Col G Parvathesam, Treasurer or Col Dr GB Sethi, General Secretary to find out whether you are actually a member. It is therefore recommended that you give your membership no to our two administrators i.e. Lt Col Dr D Sampath Kumar and Lt Col Vijai Chandra Salins who are CC to this mail. If they are satisfied they will activate your account. Then you will be free to use our software.
3. Please use the software for your own use. Do not allow it to be used by all & sundry.
4. Non- Members. If you are a not a member of TSEWA, you are not allowed to use our software. So it is better you become a member and get all our services free. The procedure is same as mentioned for members in steps 1 to 3. When you enter your particulars for Registration your e-mail id is known to our Administrators. They will send you a membership form by e-mail. You are required to download it, take a print out, fill it up, affix your own photo coloured pass port sized, a joint photo with your spouse, enclose a cheque for membership fee (Officers = Rs 100; JCos = Rs 50; NCOs = Rs 30; Sepoys = Rs 20 and Family pensioners = Nil). We have discontinued issue of I – cards based on requests we received from members. You do not have to send any money for I-Card & courier charges. Once you complete your membership form send it by speed post to :-

5. It takes three days for our office to get your documents. Immediately you will be given a membership no. Treasurer or General Secretary (mob no: 9440859877) shall speak to you on your given mobile no and inform you of your membership no. They will also SMS your membership no. Please give your correct mobile no as it is our experience at times veterans miss one number out of 10 digits.
6. Once your membership is entered in our data base the same day or next day, Administrators will activate your account and you will be allowed to use our software.
7. Some of you are members of some ESM Association and want to become members of TSEWA. You are most welcome to issue membership form to all those veterans or family pensioners desirous of becoming members of TSEWA and send membership fee in one cheque along with nominal roll showing their  personal no, rank and name. 
8.    We are making improvements to our TSEWA website by which we will place our membership form which can be downloaded instead of administrator sending it to you. To avoid delay I am attaching our membership form both for veterans and Family pensioners.
9. We will soon get arrears of 7th CPC and pension of 7th CPC once the same is approved by Govt of India and Circular is issued by PCDA (P) Allahabad. We will also see our software gives you latest pension and 7th CPC arrears.
9.  Menu Articles will have all important letters, circulars, information, tables on pensions, arrears etc which are of importance and use to our veteran community. You will have a provision to enter your comments or seek any clarification on any article from us.
