  2. Sir, my enrollment date is 21 Apr 1979 and retired on 28 feb 1995 from AS supply Bangalore as a Have clerk. Getting pension from central bank of india Ajmer. In my PPO my wife's name has not been written correctly, Her correct name is 'SNEHLATA' whereas in PPO it has been written as 'SNASHLATA'. It will cause a lot of problems after my death to get pension by her. \in addition to this, name of my mother and dependants have also not been written any where in my 'DISCHARGE BOOK' due to which their ECHS Card can not be prepared by ECHS office Ajmer and my son can not be enrolled in Army due to not having his name in 'Discharge Book. Please do the needful to revise the name of my wife in PPO and include my mother's and son name so that necessary benefit to dependant's of an ex-serviceman are not denied. Furthermore, It is submitted that, persons retired after me, have been given arears more than me whereas they have served equal service.
Kindly look into the matter and do your mercy upon a poor ex-servicemen.
