1. LOT MANY POLICY LETTERS /FINANCIAL LETTERS/ PENSIONERS BENEFIT /SERVING INSTRUCTIONS ORGINATES FROM TOP & FLOW DOWNWARDS WITHOUT ITS PROPER USE , IN ADDITION LOT OF TIME+ MONEY +EFFORT IS WASTED,
THE PRINCIPLE OF BE BRIEF TO THE POINT AND SHORT IS TURNED INTO HUGE WASTAGE OF PAPER & NOT AT ALL ECO FRIENDLY.
2. TO GIVE AN EXAMPLE PLENTY OF LETTERS ARE ISSUED FOR PESIONERS AND IT FLOWS DOWN TO SUB UNIT LEVEL,
3. ALTHOUGH FEW DIRECTORATES HAVE CREATED A MOTHER UNIT CONCEPT FOR PENSIONERS HELP. BUT HARDLY ANY INFORMATION IS not RECEIVED BY PESIONER NOR Does PESIONER VISIT THE MOTHER UNIT FOR HELP. AS A PROOF IN LAST 15 YEARS I TOO ALSO HAVE NOT GOT A SINGLE LETTER.
4. NOW TAKE CASE OF SAHYTA KENDERA. IT SHOULD SERVE AS SINGLE WINDOW CASE , BUT INSPITE HUGE SET UP LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING IN SAHITA KENDERA AND STATION HQ IS HAPPY AS LOAD IS OFF LOADED & BRIG’S ARE HANDLING IT .
5. I AM HELPING LOT MANY WIDOWS &EXSERVICEMEN FOR THEIR PENSIONERY BENEFITS/PENSION & FOR CORRECT ENTILEMENTS EXTRA.
6. ONE OF HAV WIFE [RECENTLY WIDOW] CAME TO ME FOR HELP. HER HUSBAND HAD SINGLE ACCOUNT & SPOUSE IS THUMB USER AS SIGNATURE.
7. MY EYES WERE HAVING SOME PROBLEMS SO I TOOK HER ALONG WITH HIS SON TO SAHIYATA KENDERA. I MET THE BRIG & TOLD HIM ABOUT HER, I WAS MIGHTY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORDS. YOU JUST LEAVE TO ME I HAVE ALL UTILITIES PLUS I ENCOURGE THEM TO BE SELF DEPENDENT, I THANKED HIM IN ADVANCE,
8. NEXT DAY THE WIDOW CAME TO ME WITH ONE LETTER SIGNED BY BRIG & ADDREESS TO PDA WITH COPY TO RECORDS [ENHANCED PENSION FOR APPX 2 YEARS WAS MENTIONED IN THIS LETTER.
9. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE OUTCOME & LADY WAS MUTE.THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY SAHYATYA KEDERA
A] Widow/NOK of the deceased JCO’s and Other Ranks is required to forward the death certificate to his Record Office along with his Personal No, Rank and Name on a plain letter
