Respected veterans,
you may ask/clarify/doubts/complaints/ queries/information regarding pension to the PCDA through mail whatever required. They will promptly redress your query within a month. They ought to close the complaint within a month. For this attach supporting scan copies(in jpg format) of the documents with your mail.

In this connection I wish to say that I got clarified all my queries though mail which is very easy. Some veterans benefited by getting their PPOs and arrears and other services. I request that you may proceed for getting clarified of your queries. I suggest to all that before going to AFT it is better to try this method.
