NATION HEALTH & SAFETY has been  KEPT AT STAKE,,Now  HAVE OLD & DISGRUNTLED ARMY... PERFORMANCE WILL GO DOWN & MORAL IN BOOTS .

A] VETERANS 

 

1[CHEATED: it is not One Rank one pension but one rank  5 pensions now.

THE BABUS & JUDGES DO NOT HAVE 5 YEAR CLAUSE ,So   FURTHERMORE DEGRADATION OF FORCES

 

2) Base year has been taken as average of 2013 & not of 2014 [ but 1/4/2014 was earlier date]

3) Now OROP is Not from 1/4/2014 but  from 1/7/2014

4) No increments from 1/7/2014 will be applicable as it is not being paid from 1/4/2014.

5) Veterans & widows efforts at JM have wasted out  efforts/ loss of money & time.

 

6]one man judicial commission will be biased on similar lines as it will take govt side.

 

7] in 7th cpc increment of 6% each year is being proposed .which will not be available now thus a great loss 

 

 

B] SERVING ALSO HAVE BEEN CHEATED 

 

1] NO OROP TO FUTURE RETIREES . Big Shock

[ Personnel who opt to get discharged henceforth on their own request under Rule 13(3)1(i)(b),13(3)1(iv) or Rule 16B of the Army Rule 1954 or equivalent Navy or Air Force Rules will not be entitled to the benefits of OROP. It will be effective prospectively.]

 

2] DISGRUNTLED WILL BE FORCED TO SERVE against their will

 

3] LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE of forces WILL GO DOWN

 

4] STRUCTURE OF YOUNG ARMY WILL VANISH  for ever.

 

5] Forces WILL BECOME POT BELLY  ...LIKE COPS

 

6] SERVING pride  WILL TURN into SLAVERY

 

7] FORCED LABOUR[ SERVING like bonded labourers] IS VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTION

 

8] FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS DENIED further. FREEDOM TO SERVE IS THUS DENIED 

 

9] NON PERFORMER WILL BE RETAINED will result into poor efficiency

 

10] THOSE WHO COULD NOT GET PROMOTION WILL BE FORCES TO SERVE UNDER JUNIORS.. COMMAND AND CONTROL WILL BE A PROBLEM. Unrest & tension will prevail.

 

 

C]NATION

 

1] NATION WILL LOOSE YOUNG ARMY . Victory may turn into defeat.

 

2] FIGHTING STRENGTH of forces WILL REDUCE DUE TO OLDIES

 

3] NATION BORDER WILL BE LOOSELY SECURE AS ENEMY LIKE CHINA & PAK KEEP YOUNG ARMY & oldies will be sick & less strong

 

4]Defence Forces rich history and tradition of bravery and gallantry WILL LOOSE SHEEN

 

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

 

1. GO TO SUPREME COURT
& GET OROP IN REAL TERM & WITHOUT DILUTION

 

2. SC HAS ALREADY TOLD TO GOVT TO PAY OROP in Feb 2015

 

3] EARLIER told to ALL  go to SC

 

I] from day one that Go to Supreme court
II) Stop this street beggars attitude at JM.
II) Do not Waste time & money on RLH
IV) Knock door of SC to get real OROP

 

4( JM has got enough donations . Use it for SC legal fees. Eminent lawyers like Jethamani extra are ready to fight in SC without charges.

5) Get on veterans & show the babus your strength & take care of serving plus nation.
Remove premature clause & keep army young  to give befitting reply to enemy

SO GET HONOUR BACK & KNOCK THE DOOR OF SC . SAVE SERVING & NATION
