Thought for this week

"💭..no thought..💭"
The mind never rests! Several thoughts keep on circulating in the mind. We have to make a concious effort to eliminate or stop the thought process. Meditation too aims at the mind reaching a stage where all thoughts vanish & the mind becomes a blank.
If we can reach the state of no thought (even for a second), our faculties transcend to the highest stage of super consciousness in spiritual awakening! Reaching this stage takes a lot of effort & concentration, but achieving this stage makes one reach a stage of serenity & tranquillity which otherwise is impossible.
Try to meditate & reach the state of "💭 No Thought💭" to enjoy a spiritual phenomenon that is out of this world! 😇
