Our General Health : YOG / YOGA - S C Gupta.

Yog is an ancient Indian Science to remain ever physically fit throughout for 100 years or more with the combination of simple breathing through Nose (NOSTRILS), Thoughts & Non-tiring simple exercises Not for Body building Western  vigorous exercises which may block natural easy flow of our blood.


    When we are born, God or Paramatma sends us to this universe with a perfect body & sound mind but with our Greed or to eat more of all the free  eatables God Has created for us all the useful things Free but to satisfy our baser urges we tend to eat more or eat those UNHEALTHY things which we should avoid as  a result we gradually become Obese or Overweight or Suffer from Such dreaded diseases like Diabetes.If we eat Sugarcane or its juice there is no harm but if we eat it in the form of white sugar cleaned with harmful chemicals ,like Sulphur,  then it isaftcertainly harmful to our bodies.  To counter it God has created  Drum Stick which is a good source of Natural Calcium and its leaves counter excess sugar in our body or we can eat its leaves as its Soup or some exotic edible preparations like it. There are thousands of naturally grown things which are available to us all the time,like Awla & several Similar naturally Grown items like wheat which we can grow in our fields which we may call Organic grown items,

     We can eat millet flour or various other flours or wheat grown naturally without added chemical fertilisers.

    Similarly, we can eat some Greens or Salads in natural forms  and remain healthy by simple Yogic exercises, learnt under the supervision of  Trained Practicing YOG-GURU.Earlier Yoga training was available free from our Dedicated Sanyasis , a Natural Freely available OUR Ancient Science to remain Healthy without any medicines, like remaining healthy in Cold Winters without covering us with additional clothes because god has provided us Natural System through Nose through which we can Keep our body warm in winters & cool in summers like animals who do not require extra clothings during Change of whether.

    Since our  Hindu  Philosophy is of "Vasudev Kutumbakam .... " our SELFLESS PRIME MINISTER, SHRI NARENDRA MODI HAS OPENED THIS HIDDEN NATURAL SCIENCE OF YOG OR YOGA TO EVERYONE THROUGH YOG-DIWAS DULY APPROVED BY WORLD BODY ON 21st JUNE, INSTEAD OF keeping Hidden from mankind ; thus we can Easily overcome even small illnesses like COMMON COLD & COUGH  which  may lead to major ILLNESSES and our Internal Vital Organs  Failures like Kidneys, or Livers  etc . God Has provided us with various Naturally Grown herbs in abundance for our Benefits like "PUNARNAVA". which overhauls our internal organs. Since I am Not a qualified person nor an expert on naturally available herbs etc for our Consumption, I believe if we add a little of "PUNARNAVA"while making our Morning Tea  it will keep overhauling our Internal organs.

       Similarly, CONSTIPATION can Cause a Lot of Problems to Our Body, hence , out of Several Remedies which I have found is "AMALTAS KA GUDA" boil it , & drink a small cup after filtering it  as may suit Oneself or Milder Form "Psyllium Husk" , take its one spoonful with Hot milk.

      I am Not an expert NOR I have undertaken any formal Education in this regard but I have been a practicing Yog/ Yoga man & have Learnt the Art of living Healthy; all my Internal Organs are free from any ailments at my age of 90 years( defacto 91years ) , I don't have to go to any Medical Doctors nor I have any Family Doctors excpt once a year for best full - Body Medical Check ups in the best Medical HOSPITAL. I have had A few very serious accidents near to death yet i walk daily about 3 kms in Fresh Clean  AIR. So I believe Everyone Can Follow  healthy life through Yog or YOGA.
