HOW TO FILE AN RTI APPLICATION

 Dear Veterans,

In case you donot hear from the Govt officers after filing a complaint or qry,

resorting to RTI application under the RTI Act of 2005, may be the answer, it will work ultimately. In case of delay send reminder under Registered post. They are bound by Law to furnish a proper reply to you.

In case the reply fiurnished by the CPIO is not satisfactory one can file an appeal to the App Auth , here there is no fee to do so.
