1st POINT which needs to be stressed to RM (RAKSHA MANTARI) is "BETTERMENT of LIFE OF VETERRANS" which can be actived by SINGLLE POINT Agenda "OROP YEARLY REVIEW OF PENSION instead of 5-years" which does not Cost any Money to Govt and hence can be easily given as after 5-years many Veterans will be RIP.
