PLEASE HELP OUR COMMUNITY SUFFERING CAUSED BY RECENT FLOODS IN CHENNAI AND OTHER AREAS IN TAMILNAUD

 

Dear Members of TSEWA,

 

You are all aware of recent floods and its havouc caused in Chennai & other areas in Tamilnadu. Lt Col Venkatesam and his wife got drowned as they did not get time to abandon their homes as flood waters entered their home in no time. Both of them perished

 It is not RIPs they need. But our financial support for the surviving.
TSEWA will donate some contribution from its limited funds. 

I appeal to all members of TSEWA to contribute generously to help our brothers and sisters of Ex-Servicemen community in Chennai and other flood affected areas. You may kindly send your financial contribution howsoever small it is to ;

I also appeal to all our members settled abroad to make similar appeals to Indian diaspora especially of Tamil origin to rise to the occassion and help their kith and kin in Tamilnadu by sending their contribtutions howsoever small to the above bank account.
All monies collected will be immediately sent by Lt Col G Parvathesam, Treasurer, TSEWA to Col CT Arasu by NEFT so that he can buy whatever materials are urgently required.
Let us show our solidarity in this hour of great grief and personal tragedy. This is called Welfare to our own community.
